Is brisk walking good in early pregnancy? Like in the initial 1 month? What kind of exercises or activity is safe in pregnancy?
Have heard that one can continue doing yoga, dance, running, exercises or whatever they have been doing pre pregnancy, if there are no medical complications you don't need to stop. As our body is already used to all that. But starting any of this new during pregnancy may not be advisable except for walking n swimming as our body goes through shock when starting something new n that might not be good during pregnancy. It would be better to check with a doctor before deciding as everyone's body, medical history n pregnancy journey are different.
