    Thanks for your attachment especially the good and useful hints for people like me having knee joint pain.
    As i am suffering from ostreo arthritis and taking medication from ayurvedic centres it is very very useful to do light exercise to improve the knee movements
    Once again thanks a lot for such a nice and forever useful attaachemt
