Thanks for your attachment especially the good and useful hints for people like me having knee joint pain.
As i am suffering from ostreo arthritis and taking medication from ayurvedic centres it is very very useful to do light exercise to improve the knee movements

The knee exercises are particularly helpful, good ones for bow legged people like me.
