hi, i saw a brinjall briyani recipe in zee tv ...i tried it came out very well... here is the recipe: ' to grinde : paste1: green chilli salt cinnamon stick 1/2 clove matatti moggu ginger garlic coriander leaver 5 to 7 sticks paste 2: coriander leaves 1/4 bunch green chilli salt clove cinnamon stick maratti moggu curry leaves ginger garlic jeers shajeera method: 1.clean 3 to brinjals..make a cut to stuff the paste 1. 2.in a cooker put oil and ghee ..make seasoning with jeera curry leaves and green peas. 3.add paste,saute till raw smell disappear. 4.add soaked 1/2 cup basmathi rice.add enough water. 5.allow to boil, then add stuffed brinjal and cashew nuts. 6.close the lid and cook it. 7.your green tasty briyani is ready.... use green brinjals.
