Bringing domestic help from India to US

    Hi,

    I have a 8 months year old and I have to get back to work. I am thinking of bringing domestic help from India to take care of my baby while I am at work.

    I googled the legal formalities involved in this process. I would like to learn more about this from anyone of you ladies who have done this.

    People please throw some light or any information you know in bringing domestic help from India.

    important thing is u have to prove they r ur relatives and dependents on u / ur husband to solve the first step i.e. visa

    my friend used to bring on visit visa...she keeps shuffling them every six months...
    but recently she had problems bringing them at immigration...
