    Hi Friends!
Ever wondered what this “Breaking News” is? And how it keeps breaking throughout the day and sometimes next day too? Yes, you’ve got me right friends. I’m talking about the same breaking news which is now breaking our limit of patience and tolerance.
I remember, when I was small, there used to be some specific timings for news. The channel would telecast only important news of the day and during that time, if something happened worth mentioning, they would flash-“Breaking News” message. But now-a-days these channels are running 24 hrs and that don’t have something worthwhile to show. I feel that’s why they resort to such crap. Somebody’s getting married-telecast, someone is getting divorced- telecast. Someone is kissing, some beating. Whatever it may be, these people are there with their cameras, correspondents and full OB team. I say, it’s just ok to show something like this once in a while because whether we admit it or not we are also interested in knowing what our celebrities (so-called) are upto. And won’t you agree with me that such news items do provide food for our gossips. But, still, there’s a limit to everything.
This matter was between the hubby n his wife. But there were so many people doing critical analysis of the situation. The theory of probability stood just true out there. Everybody was trying to puke some expertise on the relations and dos n don’ts in a marriage and what not. Then the ex-girlfriend also came on the show. For two full days, this drama was running on all the channels. Later in the evening the ‘victim’ (again so-called) reached home for some ‘conversation’ and the drama is not yet over.
I say why to make such a mockery of your affairs first of all. If you don’t like the way, you are being treated, just walk away and take some help from various agencies or else simply enjoy ‘beating’ and other kinda harassments. This was quite disturbing friends but what disturbed me even more was, that the channels were showing it all day long and were harassing us with “Breaking News”. How many times did this stupid news break in a day? This really broke my patience; I literally felt like breaking their heads.
I wonder friends, why do these channels hold us to ransom? Be it our Film or TV actors, cricketers, tennis sensation (now she’s numb, doesn’t create any more sensation), politicians or anybody else; why do they show something like this and why do we get involved in it?

Simple, it is TRP for the channels. Their revenue (from advertisements) is determined by the TRP. Can you imagine news being presented with lots of flashy and with music beats? All channels are trying to better others when they make music for the news..:idontgetit:.

    Its all commercialised these days!
