    Thank you for those valuable information of saving prime organs like brains and liver. Both cannot be treated without complications..I do not take breakfast compensating with a second dose of coffee.. Now I feel that may even be the cause of my frequent headaches..

    I think you must also add "Alcoholism" the major brain damaging (causes CVA/TIA) and liver damaging evil habit! Sad to note that women drinkers are increasing in number these days even in India..

    That was another shot from you to ignite ingorant minds like us

    1 )I used to skip Breakfast somedays,..coz of work..sumtimes i need to reach office early by around 7 AM 4 a meeting or work since the customers are US based and by the time I finish the meeting and reach the pantry it will hold "Closed " board....thus i skip breakfasts sumtimes

    2)Sleep late , coz i always wanted to catch up with sum TV shows after the whole days work, after putting Kiddo to sleep...Thus again I shall avoid from Now on

    3) Suddenly I beacme healtgh conscious and started going out for a 2 KM walk, in the night between 9-11....Need to avoid that too

    4)on Sat an sundays...the sub-conscious mind tells me...its weekend no office so I get up by 9 30:(

    Will try to put your advice in place into my routine habbits...

    Hi Sunkan,

    Thanks a lot for all these important information. Especially the one about skipping breakfast. It is very important to have the morning breakfast....as the name suggests we need to "break" the "fast" since after dinner there is a big gap of 10-12hours.

    As for the brain stimulation..absolutely right...just as our body needs food...brain also needs food in the form of knowledge and thought provoking conversations. :)

    Very useful information. Yes as you said, we must not skip break fast. Even who are doing diet are recommended to have their breakfast.

    Generally people will say,

    have break fast like king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper.

    really ur post helped me wake up frm all the ill habits i hav

    i know that skipping breakfast is bad but 2day after reading all the info given by u realised that its too bad to skip breakfast (healthwise) me myself damaging my brain oh god

    this is really must watch thread by every woman who mostly skip breakfast knowingly and unknowingly
