Boss Wants Me Back…. A Secret I Didn’t Reveal Yet..

I have submitted my resignation coz I didn’t feel comfortable with the two men (let’s say A & B) who were working with me..

Let me tell u a secret which I have not yet revealed..

One of the guys “A” got excited with the flirting and I don’t know if he realized what he said..

He blurted “ Rumors are Men at work in the backyard work made out with the women in front desk.Maybe B would like to s**** you in the backyard”.

I was then shocked and so did B.


After that I felt deeply very disturbed and this is what lead to one thing to the other in work disturbance.


After that A spoke to me normally like nothing happened but I could not get my mind over it..

The men then realized I was extremely uncomfortable and then left me alone.B still on and off tried to compliment..A does not disturb me at all..


I don’t know if it is my anxiety but I did not like what he said. It is not a joke in my opinion.


Things have been normal for past two three months but I have been concerned if I should continue working here around these people.

I submitted my resignation.


The Boss wants me back and told me to take my time coz of whatever reason I quit coz she loved my work and sincerity.


I personally love my job and other people are fine with me.

These two men though they stopped have been in this company for many years and if I have to continue I have to work with them normally like nothing happened.I am not sure. If they will be fired as they are important to the company.


I am now on a high alert mode with them.

I feel so anxious and uneasy. Is it worth going back to this office since boss likes my work?

Disturbed..


I am just upset that I have to quit and honestly I want to quit coz I don’t want to report or be around a person who has been nasty that way.Maybe if it was a big office and I earned a lot of money or if it is a dire need ..my decision might be different.

I want to quit and I know this should be purely my own decision but I just put out this thread maybe to get answers saying “you did the right thing”..

I am a very sensitive person and I feel like a weakling to quit this job..

I want answers like “hey I might quit too” coz I always felt u ladies are strong women.

If strong women can also quit then means I did the right thing..

My job is more related with sales admin and I have to be in person unfortunately

 

The office is near my home..

Am also scared if they r fired maybe some
Issues indirectly they might cause..

Atleast in my opinion..they might not do it to the next gal coz past two months they have gone quiet on me
