Body odor is mainly because of food habits, change your food habits. Avoid masala food items, try to eat salads. Have bath twice a day, use deo spray, if you are allergic to deo then use talcum powder. Use cotton clothes. Even over weight sweating will bring odor, reduce weight, have bath after work out. Also, use Comfort liquid for your clothes after wash. Go to beauty parlor regularly.
Drink lots of water & juices...keep yourself well-hydrated...This can cool down your body and somewhat reduce your body odour also. Also, wear comfortable fitting cotton clothes that will allow your body to breathe...and wax/shave your underarms regularly...From personal experience, i notice that body odour is less when the underarms are clean of all hair.
Do not re- wear worn clothes, what I mean is once worn, clothes should be washed before wearing again.
Body odor can be caused by many factors such as food, drink, diseases etc., If you have the problem for a long time it is better to consult doctor to check if this is due to any internal health problems. If this is a short term problem, then you should change your life style a little bit. You should maintain a good hygiene first and then focus on your diet. i.e, you should keep your internal and external body so clean. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and reduce the intake of masala/oil items, non-veg. If you drink/smoke, reduce it. Please remember "You are what you eat". If your diet is better, your body will be the best. "Eat healthy.. Be healthy" Happy weekend.
I would suggest to use dettol liquid soap regularly this will not only avoid body odor but will also protect against germs.
