Body shape

    Hi friends,

    According to you, which body shape is perfect? Pear shape? Ruler? or Apple shape?
    I have pear shaped body narrow at the top and broad at the hips. I think it looks odd:-( I am 24yrs, 5.4 is my height and weight is 57 kgs. Doctor says it is perfect for my height. But my problem is, I dont like my body shape. So can you please suggest something which can reduce the breadth of my hips and also to reduce tummy.

    You can try toning excercises, if u do a youtibe search for hips, buns tummy toning, u can get a good choice of videos that u can do at home, or u can buy dvds. The most desired shape is the hourglass figure, which is equal proportions above and below the hip.

    Aerobics help .And you can train the areas which you want to reduce.
