    Off late,I have been watching a few advertisements of oils that claim that it can reduce fat from our body and give it a good shape.

    I am talking about 'Lavana Thailam'. People from Kerala must have seen this in TV and newspapers.

    Hai,

    I think Lavana thailam is good.Still I suggest you do excercise too(Like crunches) to make body fit.Take excercise and apply lavana thailam whil bathing.Wait for 20 mins and wash with warm water.I reduced 2 Kgs in one month,since my aim is reducing 9 Kgs in 1.5 months I am doing half an hour excercise also.If you have time try lavana thailam alone for 3 months

    Lavana Thailam is ofcourse effective in reducing fatty areas...since am using it for past one month...

    You can get it from Kottakkal Aarya vaidya Saala branches and even from most of the medical shops(I got it from Madiwala).Its cost is 181Rs(outside Kerala).

    Hi.
    I was wondering for those of you who have tried lavana thailam and lost weight, how do use it? Do you apply it massage then leave it on for 20-30 minutes then shower with warm water? Please let me know. I am going to start using this as well as exercising everyday for 30 minutes or more. Thank you in advance. :thumbsup
