    Hi,
    You are what you eat, but you should "EAT WHAT YOU ARE.'' This means each of us should eat the optimal diet compatible with our blood type. Doing this sounds easy enough, but in practice it is much harder to achieve.
    To know the beneficial food for ur blood type hav a look at this...

    hi Anvita, thanks for the list, but its says "A" ( avoid) coconut/coconut milk for all the blood groups. For centuries people have benefitted from coconut and are still consuming and benefitting from it, irrespective of their blood type.

    Could u please quote the source of this list and on what basis these conclusions have been arrived at. Thanks.
