Blender / Handmixer with attachments

Hi,
I would like to buy a hand mixer with mincer, whisk (to churn butter) and chutney attachment. However, I feel that the following would be a bonus:
1) Grater
2) Dough kneader for small quantities

Can you please tell me whether the last 2 attachments are possible in an Indian blender?
If yes, please guide me on which brand contains these attachments.

Also is it possible to chop onions in a blender?
