Black Skin Keeps growing back on tip of nose

Hey everyone

After a day of work about 4 months back I had realised that I had two very dark spots on my face, one in the area around my bottom lip and one right on the tip of my nose in the middle.I don't know why, the one under my lips faded away thanksfully but the dark circle on the tip of my nose will not go :O Ive used alittle bit of faded cream over the past 5 months but it is till here.The spot doesnt itch or anything its just there.Its really annoying to see it on my face.
