Birthdays are painful
it's a reminder of all the pains I have gone through until the day;

Birthdays makes me feel lonely
it brings out the memory of loved ones who are not with me anymore;

Birthdays are disappointing
It's just a memory of other birthdays that went wrong;

Birthdays makes me cry
it reminds me that I am a year older if not wiser;

Birthdays makes me anxious
I wonder how much still I need to put up with in life;
