    Hey Neetu,
Such a profound post I say! Simply amazing and i had lumps in my throat reading this..Picture perfect portrayal of Chickoo's personality.. Am dumbstruck thinking about the maturity of the Kid, willingness to accept people into her family with an open heart, overwhelming love and affection for her new mom and sis.. over and above all she has the ability to overcome her grief and think beyond.. I wonder and admire this particular potential of the kid.. Honestly speaking am not aware even if I could digest such grief in this age.. Hats off to the personality of the kid..
A splendid articulation Neetu :))) Am in love with your snippets.:p

Very true Satchi! What’s not to love? She is such an adorable girl, not changed even a bit. She doesn’t do anything leaving her sister alone.
Once we had gone to see her while she was down with fever and I had baked the carrot cake for her which she loves. Trust me, she didn’t take a bite also coz she wanted to have it along with her sister who was away for some classes.
Seriously I was never like that, I never waited until my sisters came to eat what I loved :) It’s a small thing, but again loudly echoes her language of love.
Thanks a lot Satchi for a lovely feedback and off course for the super bumper nominations.

    Dear Kamla Mam

Do I have to say my wait was not a waste at all?
You’ve come with loads of gift boxes exquisitely wrapped with bundles of joy, decked with warmth of lush white roses, finely laced with strings of love and my name beautifully etched all over it as a ‘gifted writer’.
What more shall I ask for? Worth a fortune kamla Mam.
I know it’s too big a package for my two little hands but I accept it with all my humility and A BIG BIG THANK YOU! hugsmiley You've been too generous! :)

    Dear Neetu,
I just love Chikoo for her love and attitude! What a maturity!. May God bless her always with the best of best in life.!
Chikoo reminds me of my friend(senior at work) who is a single parent. She has a daughter and I call her Sweety. After I knew, my friend is a single parent and was out of abusive marriage, I never used to bring the word dad when Sweety is around, for I used to fear I may hurt the little one. But you know what, Sweety used to ask me, Appu, how is uncle (my dad). She is so matured that, when my friend's mom and I convinced her for remarriage, Sweety just said, mom if you are okay, I'm okay. I will stay with grandparents until you are okay, besides I have Appu to take me to movies or malls over weekends and she teaches me good math without getting angry on me. Sometimes, I used to tell my friend, that Sweety is more matured than her.. and she is just 10 years old.

    --Appu
