beware of gyne doctors....high alert

hi all,

i am posting this mail as i want to outlet my pain anger towards the incident happened to my elder sister last week . She was 32 weeks pregnant her due date was on 27 th may .
But since doctor said she had Bp and sugar ..which she was maintaining normally throughout her pregnancy ..Doctor did c-section . this was her second pregnancy . her first pregnancy was also c section ..but the the baby weight was 2.75 kgs. But now that doctor unnecessarily did a c-section by saying that u have lot swelling in ur legs etc... but when i was pregnant thought my bp was 80 / 120 ..i had swellings of my legs.
but this doctor shaskala in hyderabad ..who does operations in vivkananda hospital panjagutta is such an in human , brutal and commerical doctor that just for mere sake of money and her convience ..admitted her for a week and then did c-section saying it is ok to do operation after 32 weeks of pregnancy.

but now the baby weights only 1.65 kgs which is under oxygen and fluids and what not is in incubator since a week ..without the mothers milk ..
as soon as the operation was over another child specialist whom this shaskala recommended came in and took the baby to another hospital.

If she already new that baby is under weight why did she do the operation.. it is like plukking the fruit even before it is not ripen..how inhuman ..does they dont have heart..how can they do this to us .

Our family feels so sad and dupped about this whole incident and are in tremendous pain and agony to see our helpless ness at the plight of that samll baby in the incubator...

i make the doctors responsible for all this ..and wish that god would punish these doctors for there deeds.

now the baby will have to be kept without the mothers milk as she will not be able to suck the mothers milk. anD MOTHER As her milk just over flowing..see the plight..i am not able to see the agony and pain of my family..about whole this incident.. and if the baby wont suk the milk the milk will dried up in aweek ..since the baby will be in the incubator.

i wish all of u to pray for the baby's well being...and forward this mail to indiaparenting.com also.. please as i am not able to do right now.
please pray for the baby ..

it is just an outlet to relive my pain....
as i feel helpless......

Its so sad situation for your family and the little baby. Not sure about your sister's situation at the time of C-section but if everything is normal and just the swelling in legs shouldn't lead to an immediate C-section at the time of 32 weeks. Atlease doctor wouldhave waited for couple of weeks.
Anyways, all of our prayers are with the little baby. Dont worry!! She will be back home with her smiles and fun very soon.

It is indeed a sad incident.Just for the sake of money Dr are opting for C sec in most of the cases..
If it had been done deliberately than these Dr should be justly punished for their inhuman act..
I pray for the well being of lil baby..
She will get well soon and return home..

Hi,

This incident is indeed shocking.....not just for your family but also for all of us...If the doctor is at fault...n it was carelessness on the part of the doctor, i think you should talk to the hospital authorities...so that this does not happen with another patient. I think the doctor is fully answerable for her actions.

At the moment, we can only pray for speedy recovery of the baby n your sister. Dont worry...God is there n all will be fine soon..

its really shocking.
Am now 32 weeks pregnant and have normal BP & Sugar.
My mom used to say that its quite common to hav swelling on the foot which can highly be reduced by walking or in-take of barley water.

Please try to console your sister and other family members.
We all will surely pray for the fast recovery of the baby's condition.
Dont worry.
God is there to save your little angel. He'll pay good lesson to these money minded people.
Dont loose your heart.

I am sorry to hear about your sister and her baby. God is great, he will surely look after the innocent baby.

In the meantime, ask your sister to rent or purchase an electric breast pump. Medela brand is a good one. She can pump her milk and feed it to the baby in a bottle. At this time, nothing is better than breast milk for the baby to help her recover quickly. And it will help your sister maintain her milk supply so that when baby comes home, she can avail of mommy's best gift to her, her milk.
