    Yes. Whenever while sitting at home you feel you did not eat anything from past more than one hour then you can do this. Its really effective. My mil keep her sugar level low without going for walk with this.

    Maintain a balanced and a stress free life.Eat a well balanced nutritious food - portion size your food, include fresh fruits and veggies,make sure to balance your carbs, fats, protein and fiber, include a small portion of your favourite cheat food only during the day to fight cravings.Sleep well and drink enough water.

    Workout regularly, always keep the dinner light, finish dinner at least 2 hours before bed time.

    There’s no such thing as spot reduction but one can tone up the muscles and lose inches (fat loss) by incorporating cross training workouts(a blend of cardio and strength).These are short yet effective workouts tailored to increase ones fitness,also flexibility exercises like yoga is beneficial.

    Incorporate a variety of different workouts like Pilates, Zumba, strength training with weights/body weights,yoga etc to overcome boredom and increase flexibility.

    Waist to hip ratio is an important concept it goes hand in hand with the body fat percentage, it is waist divided by hip in same units.

    The WHR should be well within 0.75 for women,anything above 0.8 is over weight.For men, anything above 0.9 is risky in terms of health.An above the range WHR has been often linked to increased risk of developing life style diseases like diabetes, Cholesterol etc.

    Consistency is the key! Fitness is a journey,a life style change,something like brushing your teeth and not a destination.

    Cardio, strength training and clean eating are the keys. cut sugars, limit carbs, increase greens and protein, ditch junk food (chips, cookies, doughnuts, etc) extra spicy, salty, oily and outside food. There is no shortcut or spot reduction. No herbal remedy will help you. Complete fast for 1 day once a week. Have been following this routine for around 3 months and have already lost 2 inches and 6 pounds (Was 135 lbs postpartum). (My goal weight is 115 lbs for 5'2 height)

    Drink water to keep yourself hydrated.
    It is necessary to keep yourself hydrated on a regular basis.
    You have to drink water to keep yourself hydrated.

    Hydrate -> drink water -> good (mostly - unless you overdo it).
    Dehydrated -> lacking in water -> bad.

    To reduce belly fat there is no other way than exercising. Along with exercise, you have to follow the stable diet such as cutting carbs and sugar, including soluble fibers in your diet.
