    pdarshini ,
u can calculate the date when u need to start testing by using ur last menstrual period date and no.of cycle date which has given a chart in kit box itself..there are so many sites to calculate also....
Easy Ovulation Calculator for When You?re Trying To Conceive.. check this link....

generally they say to take test in the afternoon times and repeat testing for the same time everyday till u get positive...

    Hi Darshini

My wife did the clear blue in the morning. I think if you do at certain time in a day, its better to follow the same schedule. Instructions are mentioned in the paper document thats included in the box. Please calculate depending on your cycle.

I am sure you will get success.

    Hi,
I think you should test from 10th day of your cycle .Generally ovulation occurs arnd 14th day(depends). I found that my ovulation takes place on 11/12 th day .I did test in morning .After 2-3 month you will guess when your are ovulating. As you know the symptoms like discharge type ,headache or anything else.
    Hope this help you
    All the best

    Hi Darshini,

It depends on your periods cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle, you will most likely ovulate between day 13-15. So you can use opk from day 10 or 11. Check google for ovulation calculator.

    Hi Ilakya,
Check out whether your cycles are regular or not? If irregular, try to control the diet and your life style!
Check you weight against height, plan things properly!
With proper control, you can handle the PCOS well and hold your LO!
    All the best!
