Any feedback on jains international school hyderabad?

 

My kids go to a nearby school. From my education and experiece, I have realised that the criteria for the best school are:
1. nearby the home, less that 10-15 minutes by walk
2. school with atleast 10 years history
3. with a playground
4. know the principal and teachers well and their behavior and dedication
5. with principled and good procedures for discipline like strict timings, regular classes, good furniture and equipment, good standard accounting practices( no cash dealings), effective management.
6. Since half of the teaching is done by me and my husband at home in the evenings, i am not particular about the highest teaching standards.
7. Decent classmates and their families from similar educated backgrounds. Not children from high class but corrupt families who spend balckmoney lavishly on their children.

 

Hello friends,

I want some information on school system of CBSE syllabus and state, we are planning to move back to to India in another year or so, at what class the second language and third language teaching starts? I too studied in state syllabus of AP but dont remember at what class my languages started.

Are there any CBSE schoold which offers french as second language? I heard if french is opted as second language then it will be started in VI th class. then what about third language in CBSE syllabus.

Also please let me know the language options in international schools? is the syllabus different from CBSE and state?

Please give me some information on school system so that I can plan the transfer. My son is studying 1st grade here now.

Regarding cbse syllabus system all the cbse schools and international school following cbse syllabus follow same system I think u must have gone through shanvy post here http://www.indusladies.com/forums/schools/85012-cbse-schools-new-grading-system.html Apart from this you can go to cbse website www.cbse.nic.in

Next second language I think all the cbse school starts from 1st std only as far as hindi is concerned even some starts hindi in ukg itself, 3rd language will be from 3rd std or 6th(depending upon the school) till 8th std. Regarding french no idea. You can go through some school websites for more details.

My daughter is studying in 6th class now in Vikas Concept School with CBSE Syllabus. She had Hindi and English right from beginning and Telugu was introduced in Fifth Class. Telugu is third language for her. First Language is English and Second Language is Hindi.

so does it mean each school will start third language at different class like vikas concept school with CBSE has telugu as third language from 5th class? and does it differ from school to school even though they follow CBSE?

I just presented what happened in Vikas Concept School and CBSE syllabus. Do not know if it varies from school to school as well as syllabus. It is better to visit the school and discuss with them...because each school has its own pattern.

well DAV is in viveknanda...
vikas concept school of both SSC N CBSE is in bachupally
there's even kennedy global n silver oaks in bachupally...
so according to me these are a few good schools of kukatpally..
