Best recommendations for ISP and Cable services in Virginia

We have got COX connection at home (Bundled - Phone, Internet & Cable) and we plan to switch to some other network. Our bill is raising every month with some amount(we don't even make local or long distance calls from landline).

Suggest me some good Interner connection providers(ISPs) which is good with service and speed. Also, give me suggestions on cable service too..
