Best Makeup For Golden Skin, Big Brown Eyes and Big Full Watermelon Lips?

    I have goldenish skin cause i'm brown and I have big Watermelon lips and a small nose. I have acne scars but they hide up completely with concealer. What eye makeup and lipstick would well suit me? (Eyeliner makes my baggs black easily and I hate that so it's out of the question and lip gloss makes my skin really oily)
