    I want to buy a LCD TV. WHICH COMPANY IS BEST FOR LCD?

    samsung and lg in this which one best ?

    we bought a philips LCD TV in last year august 32".
    so far I m very happy and satisfied with it.

    but I think according to the ratings..samsung tops the list!

    We just bought a SONY LCD 35 inches V series

    We had a great confusion to choose between Sony and Samsung though the price difference btw those to for the same inch is in couple of 1000s only..

    the sales person says -

    Samsung moves good in market it comes with some hours of warranty etc etc, evn in case of repair the persons will attend very soon

    Sony - was there long in the market and hence repairs are not that much..

    But based on LCD quality we bought Sony...

    we also own a sony bravia lcd...
    its good..with its bravia engine..


    and 1 more thing i would like to tell here
    if your in india and planning to buy lcd..you wont be getting the same picture/video quality which they show for demo in shops...this is because we dont have HD in our country and none of our set top boxes or cable channels are HD...

    those demo videos shown in shops are using blu ray disc...
