Best Cooking Pan ?? Brand Pls?

For regular cooking I like enameled cast iron. I have Le Creuset in different sizes and shapes and I use them for almost everything. They are expensive but they will last long after I’m gone.
I do have a nonstick pan for making eggs. My mom brought a dosa tava long time ago and we’ve been using it ever since. I bought the Calphalon hard anodized space saver set from Costco and mom took the whole set back to India for herself, my aunt and SIL. The pans are heavy but everyone likes them.
Many people love the traditional cast iron but I didn’t want to bother with the maintenance.
