Friends..........what should be the position of body when i scrub my feet with loofah while bathing? I generally bend forward to oil massage or scrub my feet. But that strains alot my neck. Similarly when i shampoo with head bent forward, it stains my lower body part. Tell me if there is any perfect posture to do these two tasks I hope i made my point clear........to you all
Why don't you sit on a small plastic bathroom stool while shampooing or while cleaning your feet? Its a lot more easier if you do not want to strain your neck or back.
Thans a good idea......actually i didnot see anyone in our relative or family using it......so it didnot click on my mind But tell me...where will i get such special tools to be used in bathroom? are there special names for them?
We have bath chairs for elderly and disabled over here, purchased at medical stores or department stores. They are more expensive than like a little plastic stool but they are safer and last for many years. Non-skid rubber feet. If you had a bathtub for bathing all that footcare is super easy to do.
Dear OP,you will get a plastic stool in any shop selling buckets, mugs etc. Buy the one that is about one foot high.Get yourself a loofah with a handle or get another smaller stool to rest your foot while you wash your feet. Keep everything you need for shampooing within hand reach....after lathering the shampoo on the hair....stand facing away from the shower and wash hair with the head bent backwards rather than forward.
Dear Dimple....yellomango is right. You can get these bathroom stools anywhere in any plastic or household stores.
