Best and reasonable cooking set

Try Caphalon. Available at Macy's. However, you will not get a set in this brand. Sets under $100 will most likely not last long.

 

I also recommend Calphalon. I have some pieces and use them daily and they have hold up really well. Their customer service is unbelievably good. If you send them a wear out pan in mail, they will send you a new pan for no cost. So you dont have to worry about your cost. Also you dont need a receipt to send the pan back. If you have any calphalon outlet near you, please make a visit, they sell their cookware for 30% off discount daily.

Also I recommend Kirkland signature hard anodized cookware. You can get 13 piece set for $159 at their costco warehouses.

 

Calphalon Unison Nonstick Sear. These are the nonstick pans to end all others. I have the 6-quart sauteuse that is my everyday pan. I got a set of 10 and 12-inch skillets for my MIL, that she uses everyday too. They are nice, heavy pieces.
I got them for a very good price (under $100) through one of the Williams Sonoma sales. The regular prices are higher but it's worth watching for a sale.
I have not been impressed with T-fal or Cuisinart non-stick. They are thin and tend to buckle under heat. So they will not sit flat on an electric stove.

 

if you had any bad experience with calphalon, go to their website and print the return label form and send them back. they will send you the gift certificate, you can buy any other pieces from their line either stainless steel or cast iron. Both are very good.
