Best and natural method to loose weight?

    Hello Friends?

    Any suggestions on loosing weight naturally without going to gym? I have spine injury, so I cannot do yoga or even go to gym. Doc has suggested to do some walking...but I would like to know some diet plans that will help loose weight naturally.

    luke warm water + honey+ lime everyday morning before having break fast.

    EAT EVERYTHING AND STILL LOSE WEIGHT!!

    How does is sound?:)) it does work..follow the bellow rules..

    1) eat in moderation.more healthy,limited junk
    2) try to eat right..little slips here and there is ok.
    3)u want to eat rice?fine.have 2 rotis + small cup of rice.u want to drink coke?fine.have a small glass of coke
    4) have heavy breakfast,medium lunch,lighter dinner
    5)drink lots of water
    6) eat heavy and also lose weight:)) how? for eg..lunch time have 2 egg whites,2 roti,small cup of yogurt,some salad/sundal.
    7)try to have less sugar in coffee
    8)have more fruits for snacks+little junk if u want:) but not the other way around!!

    the above way totally works!! u get the idea?weight loss will be little slow BUT u WILL and it will not get back.
    plus u will also look good without saggy skin.

    plus..add walking to diet.u will lose weight faster and become fitter.
