Dealing with a loss is not easy. Someday you will be able to remember your loved one and think about some wonderful moments that you spent together fondly. until then hang in there. Hugs to you @GoneGirl @Amica @iyerviji maa.

Grief (pain and sorrow due to death of a loved one) has to go through the 5 phases:
    • denial.
    • anger.
    • bargaining.
    • depression.
    • acceptance
My experience is you will never get over the loss of a loved one, the pain doesnt go away. They say time heals, but in reality time teaches us to manage those emotions better. we will learn to live with the pain and not to let the pain overtake us.
