    Waking up early gives you the time to exercise. You can easily go for a jog, do a few laps in the pool, practice yoga or hit the gym with plenty of time at hand.:thumbsup

    IF we up early we will have more time for exercise, then breakfast and then getting ready for work. Morning exercise is very effective that keeps us active for the whole day.

    yeah. Early morning wake up helps you to do your work without tension.U can enjoy your household work when you do it very re laxly.you can find time to plan the whole day work very calmly. The fresh oxygen rejuvenates your body as well as mind. Early morning prayers are more beneficial than others. During early morning(within 1 hour after waking) our sub-conscious mind is easily reached than the rest of the day. That's y we insist our children to study in the morning.

    Thanks for one and all. Nice and true sayings. I will also try from tomorrow onwards to get up early, so that I can make my children also get up early and study. I also need not rush to office, can complete the work, breakfast, relax and come.
