    Hi Supriya,

Yes you can give any fruits. Make them like paste, juice or very small pieces and try a little first. Try one after one by giving one week gap. So that we can observe the back effects of the fruit on our little ones.:thumbsup

    Blueberries

Blueberries are not sour and can be eaten raw, so preserving their vitamin C

content. Lightly cooked fruit retain their therapeutic properties.

    Blueberries

Blueberries are receiving international attention for their health benefits. Research in Canada and the USA supports evidence that blueberries are

powerful disease fighters. Blueberries have been ranked number one in

antioxidant activity over 40 other tested fruits and vegetables. Antioxidants

help neutralize harmful by-products called "free radicals" which are unstable

molecules that are linked to a number of age-related diseases.

Recent scientific studies have produced evidence that blueberries may:
    • Improve short term memory loss
    • Ameliorate age-related declines in neural and cognitive function
    • Protect against macular degeneration of the retina
    • Promote urinary tract health
    • Act as a potent anti-inflamatory agent and COX-2 inhibitor*
    • Improve glucose metabolism through the activity of chologenic acid
    • Reduce the risk of some cancers
