    What is Belly Belt?

    Purpose of wearing belly belt?
    Right time to start wearing it?
    and Hw long to wear It?

    Hi Arya,
    It's a belt that you wear when you exercise. It is suppose to help you hold your belly in when exercise. It's kind of like a back belt that you wrap around your waist area. You can wear over your t-shirt while you exercise. There are several ones on the market. I have not personally used one. I have seen informercials on them. Can't really say if they work or not.

    Arya,
    Are you talking about post pregnancy belt to support belly?
    Once after delivery, belly will be empty. So to support your back and front, a pregnancy belt will be used and can be used till 3 months after delivery.
