i did not understand what you are asking. but from what i gather, are you asking the notification by cmda in case of certain properties.
sometimes a plot would have been a agricultural plot. later got a reclassification as a III class residential area, and now with more development it has been reclassified into a Class I. there will be a notification from the cmda in such cases.

    sk i have replied there.

A friend of mine bought a flat two years ago while he was out of the country. On this return he found that the middle man promoter lied with him regarding certain issues. So Shanvi is right saying that one must check certain things before dealing for any property.

My brother purchased a flat.He has taken loan for the same.It is a semi furnished flat (construction is still going on).He is planning to register it now.what are the things we have to check before registration..I mean what all clauses we have to check for in the registration papers (like common area, parking etc;). Do we need to show the drafted document to a lawyer before registration? Please give detailed information

I have mentioned most of the things in this thread..
    http://www.indusladies.com/forums/housing/34094-buying-property.html

your brother would not have got loan from banks without registering the property .. are you sure he has taken loan and is yet to register, in that case the loan has not been disbursed??

the undivided share (UDS).. the back documents, the construction agreement (which has all the details of the car parking, common areas)..

I assume you have already taken legal opiinon..

the document for registration will be documented by a lawyer.....
