    Hi Ladies!

    Any good parlors recommended for haircuts around areas like Kovan, Serangoon or Little India? My budget is S$20-25. Also, has anybody tried Zulu Styles in Little India and RB's beauty services parlor near Kovan MRT? Any reviews?

    I don't know them by names, I got mine done at both the places (layer cut) and it came out pretty good.

    I can tell you one thing, it's run by Gooday people! I know that because I went recently and my regular attendant was at Shahnaz Hussain Salon. But I haven't tried the salon as such.

    I usually do mine in Rupinis.but need to get the appointment , also better go to Indian hair stylist , bz they can only know wht suits for Indians.I tried in many places n now always Rupinis n the price range is 30-40.if ur welling let me know I will pm the exact person name.
