    I have a packet of Barley powder...In what are the places of cooking shall we use Barley Powder...Please give your suggestions...

    Hello Vaishnave,

    Hope you might have got the suggestions for the Barley powder.

    I heard that it can be used as a thickening agent in soups or it can be used to replace part of wheat flour in some recipes. I haven't tried it though.
