    Hi ILites,
    I have to use barley powder for medical reason.
    Is it available in Indian groceries or Walmart or any other store in USA?
    Please share your input.

    Should be available in health food stores. Do you want the roasted kind? If so, you might be able to find that from Tibetans as it is the national food of Tibet and called tsampa. My friends bring it down to me from Toronto but I think that it will be available from them in any big metro where they reside.

    I don't know about walmart but yes,it is available in all indian store.
