Hello Ladies, I need banglore masala dosa recipe.There on dosa , they spread red chutney, and put alu masala on it itseems.Any one please share recipe of that red chutney and alu curry recipe.

Hi, For dosa batter: 1 1/4 cup of rice 1/4 cup of urad dhal 1 tsp methi, 3 table spoon puffed rice. soak all for 7 - 8 hours. Then grind it into smooth paste. Add 1 tsp salt while grinding. For chutney: Red chillies 8 garlic 4-5 flakes salt 1/2 tsp onion 1/2. Grind to smooth paste. For potato palya: boiled potatoes 3 onion 2 green chillies 4 curry leaves- few coriander- 1/2 bunch grated coconut 1/2 cup salt to taste for seasoning: mustard seeds 1 tsp urad dhal 1/2 tsp channa dhal 1/2 tsp keep oil in khadai and put mustard seeds, when it splutters, add urad dhal and channa dhal. Then add onion, curry leaves and green chillies. when onion becomes golden brown, add mashed boiled potatoes and salt. Switch off the flame. then add grated coconut and coriander leaves.
