Cardamom seeds have an aromatic flavor and can be used as a natural breath freshener. Crush the seeds and chew on them.

Try using a tongue cleaner...available at supermarkets/medical shops.

bad breath can occur when teeth is not hydrated and that is why even after brushing mouth smell bad after a sleep.

Bad breath can occur due to dehydration. Make him drink sufficient water. Gargle with plain water after every meal.

If he has stomach problem that may also cause bad odour.

    Alok,

As said in the above post this could be stomach related.. Bad odor occurs due to some undigested gases refluxing back.. I dont know how simpler I can make it sound .. If your son is regular with his visits to the dentist and is healthy orally..then the stomach is the culprit. Take him to the pediatrician and from thereon.

    Take care
