Baby sitting for my 10 month old baby

    Hi Everyone,

    My sweetheart baby Aniruddh will turn 1 year in December...and I am planning to start working again. Although I have my in-laws at home...they will not be able to take care of Ani for full day.

    I am looking for a baby sitter who takes care of the baby in the supervision of my MIL.

    I dont know if this is workable or not...but please let me know if any one of you is aware of a good baby sitter (from morning to evening or even full time will do)..
