    Hello everyone,
I am Nitisha...pregnant with my first child and due this september., so I am looking out for some unique hindu baby girl names which could mean goddess saraswati or Lakshmi especially starting with V...also We are thinking of naming our girl with a name that comes out of both our names ; Venkat and Nitisha...also which has a meaning..I know its kind of hard =)..
we also liked the names like Viviana..something easier for the american crowd..

any suggestions are very much appreciated ..,thanks in advance

    Congrats ! :)

Venkat + Nitisha = Venisha :2thumbsup: Haha, just kidding! sorry if you didn't like it- I just combined your both the names.

In google, I found the meaning of Venisha as 'dedicated' and in another site as 'butterfly'.

    Cheers,
    Sree

Yeah Venisha is good but try this "VEDA".Easy for US crowd and it satisfies your religious constraint.

I like the name you already shortlisted vivianagigglingsmiley

Thank you so much!.. thanks for the quick replies...we kind of like the names veda and venisha..but I am a little skeptical about venisha because my name ends in "sha" and I dont want the same with my daughter..like how would it sound to have both mother and daughters name ending in sha.. Rhyming sounds like sisters;)... True veda is very easier..and has a great meaning with heritage...so We know have Viviana and Veda (thanks! Dipik)..I would love to keep something so short...easy while talking to the customer care;)..please keep the suggestions coming..#grateful.. Thanks again

Vibha - Meaning is Goddess Lakshmi or Radiance or Light
It start with your husband's letter and ends with your ha :)

That's the closest I could think of :)
