Hi all, My child has stated eating solid food now. Should we feed him the same food as the rest of the family or is there a need to cook special food for him given his mental and physical growth in mind.
How old is your kid now? Recommended is to give the kid what family eats ( but less spicy) so slowly they start eating same foods. Now with our working and hectic lifestyle, we ourselves do not always eat healthy. So with kid, our habits too change. In our case, we reduced eating chillies and eating out. Indian food is easier in that way. You cook with less spics and take out kids portion and add spices to the rest ( if you need). My Lo is 2. She does nt like bland food or less salt. From beginning I have trying to give food with less salt for her but I noticed she has inherted tasted for spices.
