    Dear Saisakthi,

    Every time something like this happens, Baba is definitely communicating something to us. Following thoughts came to my mind:

    1) He is probably conveying to accept people as it is with all their positives and negatives.

    2) He is also probably conveying that if your faith remain strong the way it is now, He would continue to shower His Grace on you.

    3) He is probably protecting the most devoted people by letting them leave at a time they would reach safely.

    His ways are unique and difficult for humans to interpret. But everything He does for the good of His devotees.

    Every doing and action is his, be it at home or work or elsewhere, we are just puppets in his hand.
