    Hi all!

    I would like to learn about Ayurveda and though there are lot of websites available, do not know which one to rely.I would like to learn in-depth about “Doshas” and I see to fall under either Vata or pitta.However..there are something like Vata pitta and pitta Vata which also seems to be different.Is anyone practice Ayurveda here? Need more insights and also kindly give me good links,books or websites to learn more about it.
