My DS is 16 months old .Should we avoid giving him cow milk when he has fever and cold?
Yes Its better to avoid milk during fever, try to give him rice water(Fermented), broken rice kanji etc to recover soon.
Thank you Princess23..I tried with rice kanji but he is not taking it...tried adding some grated coconut as well..He is not eating at all..
first, give rice water with some salt when the baby is having fever, then in a pressure cooker , add broken rice, few fenugreek seeds, salt, two garlic cloves, and a teaspoon cumin seeds with water and allow it to 4 or 5 whistles , if no fever add coconut milk to it in low flame for a minute and switch off . give this to him as a lunch and dinner. this will make his body cool and its easy to disgest.
i have a 17 month old baby boy and this works better during his sick days.
Thank you so much dear...will try this today..
Is he started
is he started speaking? my DS will listen to what i say but he will talk back only if he wishes to do. mostly he will not mind me calling him or trying to teach a word dear.
No dear..He hasn't started talking yet except amma, acha means dad..these days he started calling my sil hubby ..other than that he tries to understand what i say..Like if I say him ''no" he wil stop there..He wil not try to pick the things which are not supposed to be picked..He asks to switch on fan..shows what he needs to eat from plate while feeding him... he doesn't talk he just does actions for what all he needs...
same here da. little worried that he is not calling us through names, before he says few words calling us now he is not saying thta, but he says, horse, fish grapes etc.
That's fine dear....Good that he says few words atleast....They will surely speak in the coming months ☺️
