@vaali I have not used a steam sterilizer. But I have heard that when you put few items (instead of filling to capacity), it takes a long time to complete.

BTW any chance of returning it?

So my calls to them turned futile & im also now thinking may be i aint loading it full. I tried with 5 bottles, since i dont have 6 right now & it came close to 10 mins. The user manual too says cycle may take long if not loaded fully. I only load 3 sets max. I decided im switching the mains off after 10-12 mins & things have been working out so far. Am i doing it right?

Oh i have a doubt now, you guys load six bottles everytime? you use few of them at once & remaining goes to fridge all assembled?
