I think Avent bottles comes with inbuilt adaptor rings so no need to buy them seperately. check the link below

In any case mothercare anti colic rings will fit only mothercare bottles. It wont suit avent.

padmini i dont think its colic, he is way beyond that age.... i think he is taking in too much air ,probably since the flow of the teat isnt right for him.

at 6 months we were still using the newborn teat for Z, now at 8 months i am using slow flow .
breastfed babies cannot cope with the flow of the teat mentioned on the packets...

try going back to newborn flow, and see.

if nothing works change the bottle, maybe use mothercare sterilizer bottles...it comes with anticolic rings.but they wont fit ur avent...

or if u wish to splurge,get Dr browns.but i hate it has too many parts
