    Dear Chitra,

Happy Rama Navami! Thanks to you we get to know some rare slokas. I celebrated Rama Navami by chanting Sundara Kandam and Vishnu Sahasranamam. Will chant "Aapadamapa" in the evening and make neer mor, panagam neivedhyam. Thanks to your write-up, I read about Lord Rama in my office too.. So the whole day is spent in "Rama Smaranai" :).

Seeing Pattabhisheka Ram is always such a feast to the eyes. Thanks for posting such a divine picture.

    Regards
    Vidya

    Timely and informative

    Dear Chithra

Many thanks for the informative post on Sri Rama on SriRamaNavami. And many thanks for the picture of Ramar Pattabhishekam - I have been wanting to have this picture in the Pooja place for quite sometime now.

This is a new sloka - I am trying to memorize it. Thanks for the bonus slokams and their significance. Though I know some of the slokas in that list, did not know their significance until now.

    Regards
    Gayathri.

    My dear Chitra,
As usual you get into details and explain more than what little I know. The reason why Rama has bow and arrows is new to me. Thanks for sharing this information with us. I wish I had logged in this morning to chant the new slokams. Only read VS and chanted the ones I knew. Have taken print out to chant this evening. Made neer mor, panagam for neivedhyam. Happy Ramanavami to you Chitra and may you be blessed with the best.
    Love,
