I am in a very confused state now and need your reply and guidance.
Earlier I had posted about my husband's dissatisfaction in his job.
From employer side so far no problem and he even got a promotion this year. But he always felt very suffocated in this environment and politics and finally today he told his superior that he wants to leave.

Sir, though I am working, our finances and other things will get affected if we have only 1 income. He told me that extreme dissatisfcation and depression caused him to make this move.
