In south india, the remedy for Rahu and Ketu for progeny can be done either at Kalahasthy near Tirupathy of Andhra Pradesh or at Rameswaram, in Tamil Nadu; but I am aware such place near Mumbai. So, if u can consult any temple priest or Prohit and inform them that the remedial measures for progeny has to be done for Rahu and Ketu; they will do the same.

You may try to recite the following powerful mantra for progeny, as many times as possible:

"OM NAMO BHAGAVATE VASUDEVAYA"

Iaddition, if possible, you may try to get a photo of Lord Krishna in the form of a child and try to offer the ghee, curd etc and recite the following Santhana Gopala Mantra every day which will also be highly beneficial to you.

Devaki-sutam Govindam Vaasudevam Jagatpatim
Dehi-me-tanayam Krishnantvaamahaam Saranangata

Based on the birth details furnished by you, you belong to Libra Ascdt and your 5th house happens to be Aquarius, owned by Saturn. The 5th house is aspected by the house lord Saturn; which is extremely good for progeny. In addition, the 5th lord Saturn is directly aspeced by Jupiter and the Jupiter is also aspecting the 5th house also, which are extremely good for progeny. These planetary positions will certainly give birth of the child.

However, the aspect of Saturn on any house will normally delay the event, because Saturn is very far away from solar system; and it is a sluggish and slow moving planet. This is one of the reasons for delay.

While considering from the Moon sign, the 5th house is aspected by the house lord Jupiter himself, which is also highly supportive for progeny; however, the 5th house from the Moon sign is occupied by Saturn and Venus; which is another reason for delay in progeny.

Similarly, while considering from the Jupiter sign, the putharaharaka, the 5th house happens to be Libra, owned by Venus, who is placed in the house of Sagittarius; but here also the Venus is in conjunction with Saturn, again the indicator for delay; but the venus is directly aspected by Jupiter.

Thus, the above astrological combination may delay the progeny; and do not deny the progeny.

While this is so, we have to look at the Navamsa chart about the placement 5th rasi lord saturn in the Navamsa chart. In the Navamsa chart, the saturn is placed in the 5th house; but associated with Rahu and directly aspected by Mars and Ketu. This is one of the disturbing/obstructing factor concerning the progeny; for which it is advisable to do the remedial measures for the nodes, i.e. Rahu and Ketu.

While coming to ur husband's chart, he belongs to Capricorn ascendant, owned by Saturn and his 5th house, house of progeny is Taurus, owned by Venus. The 5th house is directly aspected by Jupiter, which is a clear indication for progeny. However, the 5th lord Venus is associated with Mars, which causes Naga/Sarpa dosha (not Kala sarpa dosha). Also, the 5th lord Venus is aspected by Rahu, which is one of the reasons for delay in progeny; for which the remedial measures for the nodes, i.e. Rahu and Ketu should be done.

While considering from his Moon sign, the 5th house happens to be Capricorn, owned by Saturn, who is also aspected by Rahu. Thus, as far as both the charts are confirmed, they are promising for the birth of the child; but the delay is due to the influence of malefic planets like Saturn, Mars and Rahu.

While considering the placement of 5th rasi lord Venus in the Navamsa chart, it is found that the Venus is well placed in the 9th house and aspected by Jupiter also, which is extremely good for progeny.

Hence, it is essential that the remedial measures have to be done particularly Rahu and Ketu either in Kalahasthy or Rameswaram.

For the present, your husband is running the dasa of Jupiter and Bhukti of Venus, i.e. bhukti of 5th lord venus from 22.03.2013 to 25.11.2015. Even though the transit Saturn and Jupiter are not much favoruable for the present, they are supportive from mid July, 2015.

Hence, there are every chances that you will get conceived, between mid July, 2015 and Nov 2015; provided that necessary remedial measures are done.

Any remedial measures should be done by the parties concerned themselves. But from your profile, I find that you are in USA and you may not be in a position to immediately return to India. In case, if you may be able to visit India, in the near future, you may kindly arrange to do the remedial measures or you may request your parents to do this on your behalf; by doing sankalpam over phone, at the time of commencement of the remedial measures.

Also, please try to pray your family deities and make a visit on your next visit to India and also try to liberally donate to your temple priests. For any event in the life, the blessings of the family deity is an important one.

Have trust and belief on the Almighty of your choice and have positive thinking, which will certainly gift you with the beautiful gift of the Almighty, i.e. child.
