In both the charts, the 5th lord, lord of progeny, i.e. Saturn is exalted; which is extremely good and the transit Saturn and Jupiter are much favourable for getting conceived before mid June, 2014. However, in one of the charts, the significator for birth of the child, i.e. Jupiter is afflicted by the nodes, i.e. Rahu and Ketu. Hence, it is advisable to do the remedial measures for the nodes, as per your local customs; which will be good for you and also praying Lord Dakshinamoorthy will be an added advantage.
