Thank you Ovi. I'm dying to eat those cakes virtually. BTW I have started humming those lovely 80's songs.

I have recently bought the moulds. They can be used for pedas & sandesh also. Normal burfis will set fast & this cannot be used.

    Chithra.

    But your memory! Hats off!!

Re: Cutlet - any alternative for dusting the top?

I have given upma with just oats - please refer to MW index. The same can be repeated for stove-top. For rava-oats upma, use whatever amount of water you use for plain rava upma.
I posted treacle 10 days back! You have not still seen it, Vidu?? :-(
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Hi Chitra,

Another query from me. I want to try making rice cakes but was wondering if I can make it in anything else besides idli moulds? I read somewhere that saucers also can be used but not very sure. Can you help me on this.

    Love, Riya

    Dear Riya,
I am not able to understand your query. You can make in cake tin , cool & cut into (cake-like) pieces. Saucers? I am not very clear.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Thank you, Chithumma...

'Jinx...You owe me a (What would you be comfortable giving me :)?)'...

    Just kidding.

LO taught me this. If two persons say the same thing at the same time one says this to another.

I thought the same thing. Where would the post go? Meet-ups?(thats not the only thing).... in any of your forums?(may be not)....How about snippets, Chithumma? It is going to be a reflection of your personal experience. Isn't it?

This is just my thought process. Motivated by your question, I shared here.

Just tell us where it goes...You name it, we reach it....

    Love you, Chithumma...
