    Dear rsa,
    Thanks.
I donot know if idiyappam can be made with bajra or sathu mavu.
I have not tried with ragi flour because we get ragi idiyappam, which can be steamed & used directly.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear PP,
Unless it is marked on the bakeware, better not take a risk.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Re: Cook N Bake

    Dear Vivbass,
I suggest you buy an OTG for cakes, biscuits, cookies etc.
MW is suitable only for cakes. You can buy Morphie Richards OTG medium size.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Chitra ma'am

Thank you very much for your suggestion about the OTG oven. I went through most of your cook N Bake recipes and I am eagerly waiting for the weekend to try some of the cakes and biscuit recipes given there.
    Thank you once again

    Dear Ramya,
You cannot predetermine the amount of water if the flour is readymade. In the adjacent stove, keep little water ready & boiling. When you stir the dough, add a few more tsps to get the right consistency.
    Love,
    Chithra.
Rishabh is a less common, cute name !
